*When registering for camps, please enter the athlete's grade that he or she will be entering for the 2025-2026 school year
*With many camps being open to 7th-12th grade, courts will be divided based on ability when necessary for competition and safety. Many camps provide individual reps, so these allow for a variety of skill levels.

Many athletes find private or small group lessons useful for individual feedback, for maximizing reps in an area they want to work on, or for working with other teammates. Athletes are matched up with an appropriate coach, and then cost and schedule is worked out with that coach. These are available during daytime, evening, and weekends, depending on the coach. Volleyball players at different positions rely on movements that are different than many other sports. Athletes will be led through circuits of exercises that are specifically intended to increase strength, speed and agility in regards to typical volleyball movements. This will also include some training to help increase vertical and explosiveness. Ideally, athletes register for the 4-week session. If necessary, registering for individual sessions is an option.
Cost: $160 for 4 weeks or $25/session

June 17-July 10
DS/liberos will love this clinic, but great for all players! Everyone plays defense and needs to strengthen their digging/reading. Coaches will work to maximize reps for players.

Athletes want to play! At these clinics, various 6 on 6 drills will be utilized to give players a chance to read and react to the game. Coaches will guide the drills and give situational feedback in a way that will still maximize scrimmage time.

Coaches will focus on hitting and blocking techniques, giving players instruction and feedback. This will also be beneficial in simply getting reps in these fundamentals of the game.

This clinic will allow for instruction and feedback on jump serving, as well as necessary reps needed to improve. This will be useful to those who would like to learn to jump serve, and also to those who would like to strengthen their serving.

The nature of these clinics allows for some overlap in experience/ability, as coaches will work to maximize individual repetititions. However, clinics are designed 3 different ways to encourage instruction and drills at various skill levels.

An essential part of the game, we all know a strong team starts with a strong reception of the serve. Coaches will work to maximize serve receive reps while giving instruction and helpful tools to become a stronger passer.
Athletes will at the same time get feedback and opportunities for aggressive serving.

In place of all skills camps for younger ages this year, we will have a few positional clinics designed for those very new to volleyball. These will break down some fundamentals so that kids can practice them in a simpler manner. All of these clinics will likely also introduce some serving basics.
