2011 Tryouts
Sunday November 27th
8:30am-10:00am Boys 15, Boys 16, Boys 17, Boys 18 (Center Court)
In order for you to tryout we need a signed copy of your medical form along with a copy of your USA Volleyball Membership card which you received when you register through Webpoint. Mail both items along with your check to address below.
The tryout fee is $35 if paid by in advance by mail by Friday November 4th. The forms may be turned in at tryouts as well but the tryout fee is $40 at the door. All checks should be made payable to Southwest Milwaukee VBC. The tryout fee covers both tryout dates and includes a numbered Southwest T-shirt. Please plan on arriving at the first tryout date 30 minutes early to receive a Southwest numbered T-shirt and to complete a tryout evaluation form.

USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition
18 and Under Division: players who were born on or after September 1, 1993 or players who were born on or after September 1, 1992 and a high school student in the twelfth grade or below during some part of the current academic year.
17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995
15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997
13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999
Boys 14 and Under Division: Regionally waived boys teams in the 14 and under age group will be allowed to participate at the USA Junior National Championships using the following age/grade definition: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997 or players who were born on or after September 1, 1996 who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eighth grade during the current academic year. (This exception is based on the net height difference of 7'4 1/8" to 7'11 5/8" between the 14 and Under Division to the 15 and Under Division.
