Adam Stikel- Girls Club Director/ Girls 17-1's Assistant Coach

Current head coach at Milwaukee School of Engineering (1996-present). Former varsity boys’ volleyball coach at Greendale High School (1993-1995). Greendale Middle School volleyball coach (1993-1995). Has coached all age levels from 14's through 18's.
Eric Hoffman- Co-Club Director/ Girls 16-1's Coach
15 years with Southwest
Co-Club Director since 2002. Assistant coach at MSOE (1999-2004). Varsity boys’ volleyball assistant coach and JV/Frosh coach Greendale High School (1996-1997). Qaulified teams for USA Volleyball Junior National Championships 2007 (2nd at Badger Region Qualifier), 2008 (1st at Badger Region Qualifier), & 2010 (2nd at Badger Region Qualifier).
Trygve Smalley- Girls 18's Coach

Current head coach at Greendale Martin Luther (2009-present). Assistant varsity coach 2008 season. Former Head JV coach and Assistant varsity coach at Greendale Martin Luther (2006 season). Has coached ages 14’s, 16’s, 17’s, and 18’s.
Katie Beining- Girls 17-1's Head Coach

Former Southwest athlete. Played 4 years (2000-2004) at Brookfield East high school as a setter/middle/outside. Played 4 years (2005-2009) at UW Oshkosh as an outside/right side. Current JV girls coach at Brookfield East high school. Coached 8th grade Junior Spartans.
Stacey Luczak- Girls 16-2's Coach

Played with Southwest VBC. Played one year at UW-Stevens Point. Started the women's club team at UWSP. Coached Special Olympics for 2 years Coached boys 6th-8th grade volleyball and girls 8th grade volleyball for 3 years at Merton School.

Former Southwest athlete. Current assistant coach at New Berlin West. Last season JV Boys Coach at Brookfield East High School. Has coached at the 14's and 15's age level.
Kayla Edler- Girls 15-2's Coach

Currently playing volleyball for Milwaukee School of Engineering as an outside/right side hitter (3rd year). Played 4 years (2003-2007) at Forreston High School as an outside hitter. Helped and coached camps for middle school and high school. Coached Forreston High School summer league.
Joel Golsteyn- Girls 14-1's Coach

Currently the head varsity coach at New Berlin West. Coached the freshman girls’ team at New Berlin West (2008). Took the 15-1’s team in 2009 to Nationals and earned the highest finish for a girls team at Southwest. Have coached 13's, 14's, and 15's age level.
